Located in Arlington, we are seeking a proactive, organized, and inspiring leader to oversee our front desk operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing outstanding guest service. Position is for approximately 30 to 32 hours/ wk.
Experience preferred/ training to hotel standards provided
Responsibilities:
Check in/check out guests efficiently.
Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent service quality.
Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Train, supervise, and support front desk staff.
Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
Handle guest complaints and issues effectively.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality required.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work evening shifts and weekends.
A positive, guest-first attitude.
Laundry/Room Attendant/ Housekeeping:
We’re looking for a experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Part-time/full-time available. Experience preferred/ training to hotel standards provided.
