Elemental Cider Co. is looking for experienced taproom staff to join our team. We are a small, local taproom with a small staff and are looking for team members who are passionate about serving great food and beverages to our awesome customers!
PIZZA COOK:
-Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
-Comply with all Health Department regulations
-Maintain all food service expectations
-Ensure kitchen and dishpit remain clean and tidy
Skills
Proficiency in the kitchen
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the facility organized, stocked and clean
Ability to lead and manage staff

BARTENDER:
-Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks/food with a smile
-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
-Maintain positive relations within the team
-Be an excellent steward of Elemental and its needs
-Restock inventory and supplies
-Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
-Comply with all food and beverage regulations
-Maintain all service expectations
-Ensure taproom remains clean and tidy
