-PREP/DISHWASHER-
As a prep/dishwasher your responsibilities range from doing the dishes to being a back up to our line cooks. You are responsible for maintaining all the essentials stocked, as well as, rotating inventory to maintain optimum freshness. Must be ready to learn and maintain the CHEFS standards from day one. Perfect for someone who would like to continue to learn, grow and progress into the kitchen and ultimately make more money. This position can be either part time or full time, we would prefer someone who is looking to work more full time.
Our ideal PREP candidate will have:
Professional Appearance
1+Years Experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
Valid Food Handlers Permit
Be ready to learn and integrate with our team
High standard for their quality of work
