Daily duties include effective scheduling to match forecasted covers, preshift line ups, training with follow up throughout the shift, working in tandem with the kitchen team to deliver the best quality product and working side by side with our service team to deliver incredible guest experiences.
Must have high energy and a passion for leadership. Three years of similar experience required. Ability to direct a team in a high volume environment while maintaining service standards.
