Restaurant Manager – Iron Mountain Bar & Grill

Location: Sedro Woolley, WA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Negotiable based off experience

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.

Lead, train, schedule, assist in hiring and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Ensure exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, in line with our high standards.

Manage inventory for bar and kitchen supplies, including ordering and stock control.

Develop and potentially contribute to cocktail, happy hour menus and daily specials

Provide hands-on support in the kitchen as needed, leveraging your culinary experience.

Monitor restaurant financials, including labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive business.

Will be required to work own Bartending/Server shifts

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Demonstrable kitchen experience, including food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.

Solid bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes, inventory management, and bar operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
