Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a line cook at our club, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting delicious dishes for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the Kitchen Manager to maintain inventory.
Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.
Strong culinary skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
