Chuckanut Manor is hiring for a Sous Chef. Enjoy leading a team assisting our Executive Chef. Take pride working in the top Seafood restaurant in our area specializing in local shellfish, finfish, produce and chops.
This is a full time position. Usual schedule being noon - 8pm, Thursday thru Monday. Daily duties include planning and assisting daily prep, Working alongside our culinary team on the line during service. Insuring quality standards and timely execution are withheld. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization everyday.
2 years in a similar high volume, quality restaurant are required for this position.
