The Oyster & Thistle in La Conner is currently interviewing for Sous Chef position.
Candidate must:
have a minimum of 2 years fine dining experience
be proficient in saute
possess adequate knife skills
be proficient in meat and fish fabrication
be proficient in soups, stocks and sauces
be a self starter
be able to multitask
be able to stand for more than 8 hours
be able to lift +50 pounds
be flexible with scheduling .
Baking will be a plus.
