Visiting Angels provides in home caregiving services to seniors and those living with disabilities in our community. We have an immediate need for a caregiver for a client living in the South Whidbey Island area. Companionship, and safety supervision are the primary needs of care, for roughly 25 hours/week, flexible schedule.
This is a great client schedule for someone living on Whidbey Island, and who may be newer to the caregiving field, and or has a preference for more companionship type of care.
HCA, CNA, or LPN preferred; however, we offer HCA training to the right candidates.
We offer $19 to $22 per hour starting.
Depending on your skill and comfort, duties include:
Companionship
Light housekeeping
Assisting with transfers
Personal care assistance
Medication reminders
Running errands
Dementia and Alzheimer care
Developmentally disabled care
Hospice Care
Benefits include health insurance after eligibility period, paid sick and safety leave, and 401 K retirement.
