Here at Visiting Angels, we believe everyone should experience being treated with dignity and respect. We are looking for caring and compassionate caregivers to join our team and carry out our mission to our seniors and disabled persons in our community.
Visiting Angels has a need for caregivers on Whidbey Island, and in the Anacortes area for a variety of clients with different scheduling needs and care. Here is a brief summary of some of the locations, and the care needed.
Greenbank: M-F 35 hours/week. Hospice, ADL assistance, housework, and meal prep. Can pay as much as $22.50/hr for certified caregivers for this case.
Oak Harbor: shorter hours 2-4 hour shifts 2-3 days/week. Domestic chores, transportation, shopping, some light care needs.
Anacortes: Monday and Wednesday nights, Saturday and Sunday 9a-1p. Hospice, skilled care needed.
Langley: 3-4 hours 3-4 days/week. Domestic chores, some light care. Can pay $30/hr for certified caregivers.
We offer $19 to $22 per hour starting as a base pay rate.
For certain clients no experience is required. We offer training and tuition assistance for certification.
