Part time: 20-30 hours per week with occasional 40 hours.
Start your day in Arlington, drive to vendors and different job sites around the Puget Sound and end your day in Arlington.
Material purchasing and distribution, loading and unloading materials onto and off of trailers. Coordinating with other construction crew members and Project Manager to ensure timely material deliveries.
Job site mobilization and demobilization. Delivery, pick up and record keeping of porta potty to job sites. Friday job site cleanup and dump runs.
Inventory and storage management at the office in Arlington. Sorting and organizing materials, maintain clean and organized shop and storage areas. Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking materials, tools and supplies in shop, on job site and in company trucks. Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques, wearing PPE and reporting any safety hazards and continuing education in First Aid/CPR. Check for damaged materials and tools when on job sites and red tag them and take to repair shop.
Qualifications:
Good driving record (you will be driving a company truck), Have current D.L and S.S. card.
Must be able to drive, park and back up a truck with trailer.
Work with minimal supervision.
Self-sufficient, manage time effectively.
Plan daily route.
Positively interact with co-workers. Take directions from Owner, PM and/or Foremen
Ability to multi-task and support various activities.
Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend and stretch for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for ordering, emails etc.
