About Us: Maintenance Man Unlimited is a trusted, family-owned construction labor and cleanup company with over four decades of experience. We specialize in providing a wide range of construction-related services, including general labor, rough carpentry, skilled labor, hoist elevator operators, flaggers, and more to both small and large general contractors throughout the Greater Puget Sound region. In addition to our core construction labor services, we are expanding our janitorial and building maintenance divisions.
Job Summary:
This position is for part time janitorial cleaners. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaner to operate independently at several school locations in the weekday evenings. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the role, employment may be contingent upon completion of a criminal back check.
Duties:
- Interior and exterior glazing cleaning
- Rough and final cleaning
- Floor care (sweeping, edging, mopping, scrubbing, shampooing)
- Commercial parking garage cleaning
- Janitorial office cleaning
- Equipment maintenance
- Mobile office cleaning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- Reliable employee, who will consistently show up on time and when scheduled
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work fast
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
