We have an opening for an on site Maintenance Team Member-Multiple Properties
Maintenance Team Members are responsible for:
- Maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the properties (grounds, internal, exterior)
- Maintaining Landscaping- using tools, materials and equipment, as directed.
- Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance/repairs in a timely manner
-Maintaining safe and productive work habits, assuring job sites are kept in a professional manner
- Reporting time spent on each job site daily, noting exceptions to supervisor
-Promoting a positive team atmosphere with coworkers and supervisor
Requirements for this position include:
- A positive, "Can do", attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record-Must be able to drive company truck
- Ability to set priorities and strong attention to detail
Physical aspects of the job are:
- Heavy lifting and carrying-50-100 lbs
- Bending / kneeling / stooping/walking/standing for long periods of time
- Climbing and balancing
-Exposure to weather-heat, wet, cold and wind.
- Construction
- Janitorial duties
