Looking for hard working experienced horse lover and caregiver at busy equestrian center.
This position is responsible for feeding, watering, turnout and turn in, monitoring health and daily care.
The ideal candidate has great horse handling skills and experience. Person is reliable and knows that the horses are dependent on your care and is self motivated to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the best quality of life possible. This may include putting on blankets, sheets, fly masks, cleaning the paddocks, water troughs, water buckets, giving meds or treatments as prescribed. Position may include assisting with training, conditioning, grooming, or riding program assistance if appropriate.
Currently looking for part-time of 25-30 hours per week but maybe more if experienced and you desire more.
