Looking for hard hard-working experienced horse lover and caregiver at busy equestrian center.
This position is responsible for feeding, watering, turnout and turn-in, monitoring health, and daily care.
The ideal candidate has great horse handling skills and experience. The person is reliable and knows that the horses are dependent on your care and is self-motivated to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the best quality of life possible. This may include putting on blankets, sheets, and fly masks, cleaning the paddocks, water troughs, and water buckets, and giving meds or treatments as prescribed. The position may include assisting with training, conditioning, grooming, or riding program assistance if appropriate.
Currently looking for part-time of 25-30 hours per week but maybe more if experienced and you desire more.
