Want to manage an organic market farm? Chateau Bow is a sustainable, organic, small scale farm with a short term rental, tap room, orchard, farm shop and garden. We are looking to grow and expand! Chateau Bow is seeking an individual who can care for our small market farm shop, social media, crops and orchard. The role is part time with flexible hours and opportunity for growth as we scale.
Job duties:
-Weed management
-Harvesting
-Preparing produce for sale
-Management of niche shop (local products and produce)
-Soil preparation
-Operating farm equipment for weeding, cultivating, etc
-Social media management
-Management of small farm shop
Qualifications:
-Previous crop farm or garden experience is a plus
-Experience using social media, YouTube and Instagram
-Ability to lift physical objects
-Experience running farm equipment ie. tractor
