We are looking for people to join our production team at our Burlington location, this is a great entry-level job for those who want to get into construction or manufacturing. No prior experience necessary! As a Production Worker, you will learn how to build floor and roof trusses, as well as learn all the aspects of manufacturing trusses by utilizing our automated manufacturing equipment.
This is a fast pace job with room for prompt advancement into Lead Positions, Truck Drivers, Crane Operators, Truss Designers, Forklift Operators, Supervisory roles and more. We consistently promote from within and pay for CDL, NCCCO and Truss Technician Training.
Day Shift: 4:00am - 2:30pm Monday – Thursday
Swing Shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am Monday – Thursday
We often have overtime hours available.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting Wage: $20/ hour with potential increase upon a successful 90-day review.
6 paid holidays
Eligible for medical, dental, and supplemental insurances after 60 days.
401k Safe Harbor plan with a company match up to 4% at 6 months of employment.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
Wear personal protection equipment as required
Have good attendance
Able to work in a team environment
Able to work at a fast yet safe pace
Communicate with team members' effectively
Be willing and able to work overtime when needed
Able to handle up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to follow direction
Previous experience in manufacturing or construction desired (not required)
PPE/ Tool Requirements:
Steel toe or composite toe work boots- employees provide at their own expense.
