WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Position Overview:
A&I Distributors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse environment and lift truck and pallet jack experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory/ freight
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and according to company SOPs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Assist in inventory counts and quality control checks
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
1 year of warehouse experience preferred
1 year of forklift operating experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Basic math and communication skills
