We’re looking for two team members to join our second shift at our world-class, GMP-certified coffee roastery in Burlington, WA. This is a Monday through Thursday position, working 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, four days per week.
About the Job:
As part of our roastery team, you’ll be hands-on in roasting and packaging our specialty coffee. You’ll operate various roasting and packaging equipment, as well as the technology used to control our roastery systems. Maintaining a clean, food-safe workspace is also a key part of the role.

Hourly Pay: $18–$22/hour DOE

What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in commercial production.
Experience in the food or beverage industry.
A love of coffee is a big plus!
