Louws Truss, Inc. is currently hiring for Truss Fabricators in our Burlington facility. There is no prior experience is necessary.
The following Shifts are available:
Day Shift: 4:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Swing Shift: 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Monday - Thursday
Starting Wage: $14.00 to $16.00/hour DOE
Bonuses and Overtime are available every pay period.
As a Truss Fabricator you will learn how to build floor and roof trusses utilizing our automated manufacturing equipment. This is a fast-paced job with room for prompt advancement often into Lead positions.
All Fabricator employees must provide, at their own expense, a framing hammer, 25’ tape measure and steel-toed work boots. Employees must be able to stand for their full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.
