Momentum Vans is a premium van upfitter in Arlington, WA. We currently work with Mercedes Sprinter Vans, transforming empty cargo vans into fully custom campers, toy haulers, and adventure vehicles.
We are seeking a full-time shop worker with a diverse skill set to help bring mechanical components to life in vans built for off-grid adventuring. You must have an eye for detail and a willingness to work closely in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation of aftermarket accessories on Mercedes Sprinter vans
- Roof racks
- Side steps
- Winch bumpers
- Skid plates
- Fuel tanks
Installation and wiring of various aftermarket electrical components
Installation of aftermarket suspension systems, wheels, tires, and related components
Maintain a neat and tidy work area and be comfortable working in tight spaces inside vans
Requirements:
Must be proficient with handheld shop tools
Must have familiarity with bolt on aftermarket accessories: roof racks, ladders, suspension upgrades, exterior lighting, etc
Must be familiar with 12V components and wiring standards
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude with the ability to problem solve and be self-motivated
Experience with van-upfitting or mechanic work a plus
