$1,000 HIRING BONUS!

CCS/NW is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus to fill our 2 F/T, Therapist - Skagit CMH positions, until positions are filled. Hiring Bonus Criteria:

This one-time bonus will be paid (in 2 parts) in the following manner:

- $500 (taxable) after successful completion of the first 30 days of employment as an introductory period employee

- $500 (taxable) on the first paycheck as a regular employee following the successful completion of the 90-day introductory period (including any applicable extensions).

Starting Salary/Hourly Rate: $33.12- $38.09/hr. DOE with COMPETITIVE BENEFITS INCLUDING:

Per the current CBA, union positions will be subject to a 3% increase 7.1.24 and a 7% increase 7.1.25.

Provides telehealth and in person support to Children and Families. Positions can include some remote work following the successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.

Program Description:

CCS provides community mental health services to Medicaid eligible children and their families in Skagit County. After an initial assessment and determination of need for ongoing help, core mental health services available at CCS include individual and/or family counseling/therapy, medication evaluation/management and coordination with primary care physicians, and case management.

Position Description:

Incumbent provides direct clinical services and case management to meet the therapeutic needs of children/teens and families, as part of an agency clinical team. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining required clinical documentation and billing information related to caseload, participating in required CQI activities, collaborating with community colleagues and treatment/support teams as appropriate, and engaging in supervision activities with supervisor.

MINIMUMS:

-Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.

-Willing/able to obtain WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification.

-Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.

-Strengths-based orientation.

-Reliable transportation, Washington State Driver’s License and Current automobile insurance.
