HR Team Administrator

Looking for a positive, ethical, people-oriented individual who would like to join a cutting-edge healthcare facility in Mt. Vernon, WA as an HR Team Administrator.

No experience necessary, although experience in previous HR roles or Administrative roles requested. All training will be provided to the right person. A desire to work in a positive healthcare setting is requested.

Job Duties to include:

- Screen resumes and job applications and conduct initial interviews.

- Onboard new employees and integrate them into the team.

- Nurture a positive working environment.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Consistently review and communicate employee benefits, milestones and birthdays.

- Participate in booking travel/seminars and accommodations towards employee educational opportunities and seminars

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

on-site training provided for all requested job duties.

Pay and Schedule:

- Hourly pay range would be between $23-26/hour+.

- Schedule would be Monday through Friday, 25-30 hours/week.
