Local accounting firm is seeking immediate tax season front office help. Duties include answering phones, making appointments, extensive client contact, putting together final tax return copies, and general support for the accountants. Prior office experience preferred using Microsoft office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and aptitude to learn internal Practice programs. Must be detail-oriented, pleasant and courteous, and a team player. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm and shared Saturdays as determined by the workload. Position runs annually from January through April.
