Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead our Skagit County branch. This is a key leadership role focused on office growth, agent development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of our Skagit County branch
Recruit, onboard, and mentor top local real estate talent
Provide hands-on support to brokers throughout their transactions
Conduct training sessions on foundational and advanced sales strategies
Foster a collaborative and high-performance office culture
Qualifications
Active Washington State Managing Broker’s License (or the ability to obtain one promptly)
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Managing Broker role
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Passion for supporting agent success and driving office growth
