TXLEY is a full-scale wholesale operation entity cultivating a wide range facility supply products.
We’re looking for an Operations Assistant who can guide our customer experience culture, manage daily operations, and help shape our future growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside our management and owner, while also creating operating systems and helping develop new revenue opportunities. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear path higher management and possible equity in future.
Responsibilities:
Outstanding customer service.
Own the daily operations rhythm by turning high-level priorities into clear action plans.
Balance input from vendors, clients, and retail needs to create priority lists and exucute.
Ensure inventory arranged, stocked and staged as per warehouse standards.
Ensure Vehicles are up to standard and serviced
Ensure Equipment Services are performed and up to date
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in retail/wholesale or customer service
Strong mechanical knowledge.
Proven leadership in warehouse settings
Strong organizational skills. Able to juggle competing priorities.
Current Valid Drivers License and Clean Background Criminal History
Preferred:
Warehouse management and operations experience.
Merchandising ability with an eye for aesthetics and sales optimization.
Live in close proximity to the business (Skagit County)
