About the Role:
Master Marine is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Boat Salesperson to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the Northwest’s most respected marine dealerships, known for exceptional service, product knowledge, and long-term customer relationships.
Pay: $75,000 – $150,000+ per year (commission-based)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: In person at Master Marine, Mount Vernon, WA
What We’re Looking For:
Boating experience required
Enthusiasm for boating and the marine lifestyle
Experienced salesperson in the marine industry or other high-ticket sales (boats, RVs, powersports, autos, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Available to work 5 days per week (Sundays off)
