Job Description:

Claim Climbers is seeking dedicated Connection Services Agent to join our team. This role involves managing all incoming and outgoing communications with potential clients, ensuring they receive the best support and accurate information. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, SMS inquiries, and email communications with professionalism and attention to detail, supporting veterans in navigating our services.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Connection Services Agent, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to SMS and email inquiries, and log all communications in the CRM. You will provide accurate information, schedule follow-up calls, and escalate complex issues as needed. Additionally, you will reach out to potential clients, using provided scripts, to explain our services and schedule appointments.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Empathy and excellent customer service abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and standard office software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Performance Expectations:

Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.

Ensure timely and accurate logging of all communications in the CRM.

Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Provide accurate and helpful information to clients.

Escalate complex issues appropriately to the CSM.
