Do you speak fluent Harley-Davidson? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Advisor with proven dealership experience, understands the Harley-Davidson customer experience, and can handle accurate parts lookup like a pro.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers, write up service requests, and keep repairs moving smoothly
Use the Cobra Cycles process to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly with techs, parts, and customers
Perform accurate parts lookup to keep jobs on track and customers happy
Keep the service lane running like a well-tuned Harley
What We’re Looking For:
Service Advisor training/experience REQUIRED
Harley-Davidson and dealership service writing experience strongly preferred
Parts lookup skills are a must
Positive attitude, great people skills, and problem-solving ability
Ability to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
