Job Title: Territory Manager - Sales (Northwest Washington)

Position: Territory Manager - Sales

Location: Northern King County, Snohomish County, or Skagit County

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage and expand the sales territory, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share increase.

2. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and actively promoting our range of aluminum products.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Position requires daily travel within territory boundaries to meet with customers and prospective customers.

4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities and threats.

5. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our aluminum products, their applications, and benefits, and effectively communicate this information to customers.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, quality control and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products to customers.

7. Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful sales experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and to the home office in Kent or Portland.
