POSITION SUMMARY
Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Provide technical assistance to the User community to ensure effective utilization of the organization’s technology infrastructure
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware and software and network peripherals
Process, monitor and prioritize trouble tickets and participate in building knowledgebase
Troubleshoot LAN and WAN network connectivity issues
Assist in managing and monitor antivirus software
Provide support for Label printers
Provide support for Sonicwall firewall devices
Provide User support for Microsoft office applications
Create and maintain system documentation and proactively share this information with the team members
Install, configure and maintain PC and Laptop operating systems and software
Install, configure and maintain Wireless network infrastructure and barcode scanners
Provide support for IP based telephone systems
Provide support for Laser printer systems
Knowledge of security camera systems
Support other key initiatives as the business dictates
