IT Support Technician, Level-I

The Position
We are looking for a full-time Level I IT Support Technician with previous IT experience and/or relevant education to expand our remote and on-site service desk and project teams. The Level I IT Support Technician is responsible for handling first-level technical triage and support requests in support of customers' on-premises business network systems and customer-facing hosted & cloud environments.
You can expect to be intimately familiar with several client networks and their staffs. You will enjoy variety, working on multiple networks across our partner list, including deploying new networks and on-boarding new clients to our partner services platform. Position details include:
- Resolving customer support tickets remote support and onsite support
- Providing ongoing technical support and consulting / project services for customers
- Collaborating with 3rd- party vendors on Litzia and Customers' interests
- Afterhours on-call support per shared rotation schedule (approximately 1 x month)
- Team collaboration to resolve recurring support issues at the root level
- Business-casual office environment; dress to the partner environment when onsite

- Professional appearance and a valid Driver's License; ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Able to pass an online cognitive skills assessment
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT Driving Record Check
- Willingness to sign Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 2 years of IT or related experience in business settings; will train highly motivated, certified graduate with applicable Network Technology degree
- One or more industry certifications: Network +, A+, Security+, MCTS, MCP
- At least 2-year college degree, AAS-Computer Information Systems
- Knowledge of network topologies: WAN/LAN, Layer 2 / 3 networking, QOS, Security, VPN, SSL
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016; AD & GPO management; Powershell
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 deployment
- Experience with Microsoft O365 management & deployment
- Familiarity with Backup/Disaster Recovery platforms and best-practices
