Merritt Builders is looking to add an experienced drywall installer/finisher to our team. We are located in Burlington and are looking for a full- time, long-term employee; servicing Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Northern Snohomish Counties.
Drywall Installer/Repair Skills Required:
⬪Preparing surfaces: remove existing material(s), clean edges
⬪Installation
⬪Ability to match and blend to existing is a must
In addition to carpentry skills we are looking for the following:
⬪Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
⬪ Must be authorized to work in the United States
⬪Ability to lift and/or pull 50lbs.
⬪Ability to climb and work off of ladders, scaffolding or other equipment.
⬪Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend, kneel
and reach.
⬪Ability to adhere to all safety practices and procedures.
⬪Punctual and dependable
⬪Ability to learn new skills with attention to detail.
⬪Positive team player attitude.
⬪Good communication skills.
⬪Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Vehicle provided. Wage determined on experience, range $30-38/hr. Benefits available.
