Position Type: Full-Time
Location: In Office; Woodinville, WA
Wage Scale: $20.00–$30.00per hour
Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:
- Perform the fireplace service and maintenance calls.
- Cleaning, diagnostic and repair of gas and pellet fireplaces
- Review and follow schedule through designated system
- Complete work orders on the job site and upload work tickets into system on IPad
- Ensure all parts and accessories are loaded on vehicle for each project
- Interact and provide answers to customers
- Maintain a professional attitude and effective communication with customers and office staff
- Follow OSHA rules and company safety standards
- Properly maintain company issues vehicle, electronics and tools provided
Requirements:
- Previous technician experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow your schedule
- Communication skills
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more
- Valid WA Drivers License with clean driving record
- Regular attendance is required
