Maintenance Landscape Crew Lead Duties:
- Assist in providing direction, training and motivation for the exterior crews.
- Maintain a full knowledge of accounts - assist in planning and directing work.
- Confident personality when addressing complaints and resolving problems with customers.
- Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
- Assist with overall quality assurance/quality control of exterior maintenance services provided to all properties.
- Perform all aspects of landscape maintenance related work on job sites
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
- Knowledge & familiarity with the landscaping field.
- Must possess a valid State of Washington driver's license & clean driving record.
- Pesticide license is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Able to lift and work in the field.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Landscaping Experience: 2 years+
- Ability to lift 35lbs-70lbs
- Ability to pass a drug test
