Role: Production Specialist (Machine Operator)
We have an immediate need for Machine Operators in Burlington, WA! Our client, a well-known wood manufacturing company, is looking for Machine Operators for Day Shift and Night Shift. These are temp-to-hire roles where you get permanent employment with our client after 3 months of strong performance.
If you have experience in construction, roofing, manufacturing, warehouse roles or even in the food service business or other labor-intensive positions, then this job is for you. No previous experience as a Machine Operator required, we just need people who are willing to learn. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and promotion within this company – They want people who are interested in eventually moving into leadership and management positions in their organization.
JOB DETAILS:
Training Pay Rate: $20 per hour on day shift, $21 per hour on night shift – Pay rate increases once hired permanently!
Schedule: Full time – 3 days on, 2 days off – Day Shift is 6 am to 6 pm, Night Shift is 6 pm to 6 am
Duration: 3 months, then temp-to-hire for permanent position
