Rubicon Homes is now interviewing and hiring Top Quality Framing Crews to join our Team for current Houses and future Homes in Whatcom and Skagit. Summer is coming and the Homes will start to build up.
Framing Crew will need to be able to work on their own with little supervision and have own tools (compressor, cords, hoses, nail guns, saws and other tools to perform the work).
Job is to install Framing material to details off plans/code and/or Builders req. spec. Must be able to work in all weathers and must do top quality work in a professional manner. Individuals need to be team players and have good eye to details and quality. Must be able to frame (Plumb, Square and Level).
Work Hrs M-F 8-4:30 With Sat if needed to make schedules. Must meet all time frames set.
Pay is per Contract and per job.
Looking for long term Sub-Contractors to join "Team Rubicon".
