The NW Regional Job Fair is Wednesday, Sept. 18, 3-5:30 p.m., at the Northwest Career & Technical Academy. The first half-hour is reserved for military veterans. More than 30 employers from Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties will be there, including several opportunities for those in the skilled trades. Many employers will also have Spanish-speaking recruiters available.
