We have a project doing ballast bypasses in over 1000 homes on base in Oak Harbor.
WE NEED A NORTH END ELECTRICIAN Whidbey, Arlington, Sedro, Mt. Vernon, Burlington, etc.
Project runs from late September to the end of the year. This amount of work is guaranteed.
We have 35 other electricians and many other projects, if you're a fit, you'll stay on full time.
If you stay on full time we offer full medical, dental, 401k, and other perks are available.
We also do PSE rebate projects replacing TLED's and thermostats in Bellingham
SCHEDULE is set - Four 10's - MON-THURS - 8am-6pm - Non-negotiable - Friday's OFF
Schedule will be 3 weeks on, 1 week off. In the off week we will have you do other work for us in Snohomish County.
Each townhouse has a ballast in the garage, kitchen, and laundry room
1 journeyman (you) and 2 apprentices will have 20-25 minutes per unit to each do 1 bypass per electrician per unit.
24 units per day, if you guys finish them sooner than 10hrs you can go home. But all 24 need to be completed each day.
The site has a rep with keys that will let you into each unit, material will be stored on site.
$45-50 DOE. Project is set to start on 9/22/25. There is no company vehicle or paid travel time for this project which is why we're looking for someone in the area.
Here is the last/big requirement You must already have one of the following:
US Passport, a Military ID, an Enhanced Driver’s License, or a Green Card
