We have a cool old barn and hope to convert a portion of it into an ADU.
I'm looking for a skilled, knowledgeable builder to walk me through the steps, while I (property owner) and my sons do the physical work, meeting on phone and/or in person throughout the process, as needed.
I have plans drawn up and would like to do as much ourselves as possible but willing to bring on licensed experts when required.
We need your expertise.
