What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a shop setting (required)
Proficiency in steering, suspension, brakes, electrical diagnostics, and general tune-ups
Skilled in creative fixes across a wide variety of challenging and dynamic sitautions
Ability to accurately document services performed
A clean driving record – test driving is part of the job
Bringing your own tools is a plus, but not required
Dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently
Attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
A team player with strong communication skills
Ability to read and complete detailed repair orders
Willingness to learn, grow, and maintain a positive attitude
What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately
Explain inspection findings clearly to service writers or other technicians
Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and techniques in the industry
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Earnings of between $30-$50 per hour
