Very busy internet retailer seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to cover a medical leave of absence for approximately 4 to 6 months. The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Ability to manage HIGH volume of phone calls, emails, and phone chats.
This is NOT a call center; however, this position requires heavy phone usage, both inbound and outbound calls. An average day involves a high level of communication with customers, vendors, freight carriers and internal contacts, including approximately 175-200 calls, 100-200 emails, and 30-40 online chat sessions. With 50-70 orders per day, being able to stay organized, make clear concise notes, and follow-up on multiple orders in varying stages of the order fulfillment process is critical.
- Superior computer/internet skills
- MUST have professional appearance (no visible tattoos, facial piercings, etc.), and be comfortable greeting/selling local inventory to walk-in customers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deal with multiple interruptions daily, and follow through to the end of the of the order fulfillment process.
- Willingness to commit to 4 to 6 months of employment with regular and reliable attendance. Office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday; office is located in Spokane Valley.
- Must be a non-smoker.
- Will successfully complete background and credit checks.
