We are looking for a Sous Chef and Line Cook to join our team at Wandering Table.
Our menu is always evolving and changing with the seasons and products available to us. Some of our products are only available for one month, some only days, because of this, we do not make menus too far in advance. We keep the menus very straight forward, listing only the flavors or primary tastes. There will be courses added and or slightly changed at times, that is what makes this fun. So please join us down our rabbit hole, and let yourself explore and delight in our whims of food and dining.
The ideal candidate for Chef will have a minimum of 3 years in Kitchen Management.
Sous Chef Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Hiring/Firing
Food Cost Control
Labor Control
Inventory
Menu Development
Adhering to the standards set forth by Executive Management and Eat Good Group
Being Team oriented
Willingness to Learn
