Rusty's Sports Bar located in Hayden Lake, ID has an exciting opportunity for an experienced bartender to join our super fun, super busy team!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy setting with great customer service skills -
4+ yrs experience mixing a variety of drinks is required.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and addressing their needs in a timely and warm manner.
Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly
Keeping the bar stocked
Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces
Taking correct cash or card payments from customers
Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends
Be a great Listener our customer's are so important to us.
Skills:
Proficient in retail math for handling transactions
Vast knowledge of drink recipes.
Remembering you are there to take care of the customer not share your problems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep an eye out at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 22 – 30 hrs. per week per business needs.
Experience:
Bartending/Mixology: 4 years (Required)
Ability to Commute Hayden Idaho area /must be reliable.
