Committed to Total Customer Satisfaction, our Dispatchers control the schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient flow. You will be in constant contact with the service team and other departments. R&R is looking for someone who has attention to detail and can represent themselves professionally on the phone.

Some of the job functions:

- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as calls are received.

- Respond to all e-mails and phone messages in a timely manner.

- Create work orders for all service calls.

- Quote pricing to customers, order parts, track all parts ordered and inform customers of the status of pending parts and schedule as parts are received.

- Evaluate workload and schedule service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Must be able to multitask phone calls, and emails while keeping a neat and organized work area.

- Various other administrative duties, scanning, copying ect

- Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications:

- Any experience with answering phones is a plus, but if you are the right person we will train.

- High school education or equivalent

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Effective telephone and administrative skills
