Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Manage and place incoming telephone calls
-Focus on warranty service and customer claims on their warranties.Requirements Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Adeptness in Microsoft Office 365
General familiarity with Database Administration
Solid understanding of Warranties and handling claims
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent computer skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
