As an IT Support Technician at North 40, you will serve as the first point of contact for the IT Department, providing exceptional customer service while assisting employees in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who communicates effectively, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering efficient and accurate technical support via phone, email, and other support channels.This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedule flexibility is required, as shifts may vary based on business needs and may occasionally include weekends and certain holidays.
