We’re seeking a highly motivated Safety & Environmental Engineer to independently lead safety and environmental initiatives across our U.S. operations, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and care.Key Responsibilities:Champion EHS functions at assigned U.S. operational sites.Collaborate with EHS Division leadership and production teams to assess and enhance safety and environmental impacts of manufacturing processes.Stay up to date on evolving federal, state, and local regulations and implement required changes.Lead or participate in audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions.Prepare and submit environmental and safety permits, reports, and compliance documentation (e.g., OSHA, Tier II, Form R).Manage SDS documentation and facilitate chemical inventories.Coordinate and deliver site-specific EHS training.Engage with third-party vendors for environmental and safety services.Support ISO14001:2015 compliance and promote a behavior-based safety culture.
