Description We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.Position:As an Accounts Payable clerk, you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process including invoice processing, payment issuance, vendor account reconciliations, and responding to vendor inquiries.Job Responsibilities:
Review and process invoices and make payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Assist with financial audits including reconciliations, support documentation, and communication with external auditors.
Maintain vendor files in an organized and streamlined manner.
Respond to all vendor inquiries and resolve any issue in a timely and efficient manner.
Processing staff expenses.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience in accounts payable.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Qualification:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
