Advanced Practice Provider Otolaryngology

Our team has an opening in Tacoma for an Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or Physician Assistant) to join our Otolaryngology team. The position includes general ENT practice with a focus on Neurotology. Full audio and vestibular services with 3 doctorate level audiologists on staff. Monday- Friday schedule with no weekend and on-call responsibilities. Clinic only position.Essential Duties:

Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.

Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.

Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.

Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.

Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.

Function as an effective clinic team member.

Meet productivity standards.

Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.

Education:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Degree

Required Experience:

1 year of APP practice experience beyond training. Prior experience in primary care is beneficial but not mandatory.

License/Certification:

Washington State License
